  • 2 deep-dish eggplant, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes (about 3 cups)
  • 1 pound for 2-crust pie
  • 1 1/2 cups bottle of good beer
  • 1/2 cup for juice, then sliced for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons cracker crust
  • 4 eggs, 1 quart bag [cut off]
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs

Instructions
  1. Pre-bake pie shells at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
  2. Sprinkle shells with sausage and cheese
  3. Mix green pepper, onion, eggs and cream
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes
  6. Let cool 10 minutes then serve

Instructions
  1. Mix flour, oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter until crumbly
  2. Press this mixture into an ungreased 9x13 baking dish
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
  4. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and spices
  5. Beat well and pour over crust
  6. Bake 25 minutes
  7. Mix pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter
  8. Sprinkle over pumpkin and bake for 15 more minutes
  9. Cool in pan then cut into squares

Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan melt margarine
  2. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon pepper and salt
  3. Remove from heat and add chicken breasts
  4. Marinate approximately 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to make sure all pieces are coated
  5. Heat grill then turn heat to low
  6. Grill chicken 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and tested done

  1. Place lamb, fast side up, on a rack in a baking pan
  2. Insert meat thermometer, being careful not to touch bone or fat
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 40 minutes
  4. Drain off drippings and discard
  5. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over lamb
  6. Bake an additional 50-80 minutes or until thermometer registers 140 degrees (rare) or 160 degrees (medium), basting often with drippings
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings

Instructions
  1. Cut pork, celery, pepper and onion into 1-inch pieces
  2. Cut carrot into 1/4-inch slices
  3. Combine sherry, 1/2 cup soy sauce and pork and mix well
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour
  5. Drain, discarding marinade
  6. Combine 1/4 cup cornstarch and flour
  7. Dredge pork in mixture, coating well
  8. Deep dry in hot oil (375 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown
  9. Drain and set aside, keeping warm
  10. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet
  11. Add vegetables and pineapple
  12. Cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally
  13. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cook 1 minute more
  14. Remove vegetables and keep warm
  15. Combine sugar and 3 tablespoons cornstarch, stirring until blended
  16. Gradually add 1/4 cup soy sauce, vinegar and water
  17. Add to skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly
  18. Stir in pork and vegetables
  19. Serve over hot rice
  20. Makes 4 to 5 servings

  3. Continue beating at low speed and gradually add milk
  4. Beat another minute
  5. Continue beating while you slowly add Key lime juice
  6. The mixture will thicken immediately
  7. Continue beating only until all ingredients are well combined and mixture is smooth
  8. Spoon filling into pie shell and bake 20 minutes

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature
  2. Mix together flours, baking soda and baking powder and set aside
  3. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  4. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well
  5. Add half of dry ingredients just until flour is blended
  6. Blend in sour cream then add remaining dry ingredients
  7. Spread half the batter lightly in a greased 10-inch tube pan
  8. Sprinkle with half the topping then spread the remaining batter
  9. Sprinkle with remaining topping
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes
  11. To prepare topping, mix together flour, brown sugar, salt and nuts
  12. Add butter in small pieces
  13. Rub in by hand until mixture is crumbly
  14. Be careful not to over mix

  2. Batter: flour, eggs, milk, & seasonings
  3. Pour into 9 inch pie glass dish until enough bottom of dish; not too thick
  4. Put few green peppers, onions, black olives, & meat
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until light-medium brown bottom
  6. Take out
  7. Pour pizza sauce and cheese
  8. Put back in the oven and cheese to melt about 5 minutes
  9. Serve 4-5 pie glass dish
