The Food Entrepreneur Conference, hosted by the Auburn University Food Systems Institute in cooperation with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, offers aspiring and existing small food entrepreneurs, including farmers, “real life” advice for growing their business as well as provides an opportunity to make invaluable business connections. This year’s guest speakers include Trey Simms, founder of Alabama’s own Wickles Pickles, and Tiffany Denson of T’Lish dressings and marinades, which can be found at Publix and Whole Foods Market stores throughout Alabama and Florida.
