Picnic Perfect Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and peeled crawfish to use as garnish (do not chop)
- 1 cup hickory smoked bacon
- 1 crisp 3 drops Tabasco or other hot sauce
- 1 bunch cooked crawfish (store bought or cooked at home), peeled and chopped
- ½ cup and black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise (adjust to desired consistency)
- 1/8 teaspoon of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions
- Mix all together and stir to make sure everything is coated
- If you use low-sodium soy sauce, you may want to add salt
- Taste and add additional curry powder to taste
- (Start with a very small amount as curry can overwhelm the salad
