Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg together well, and chill for one hour
  3. Roll small amounts of the mixture (about the size of a walnut) by hand and drop onto a cookie sheet
  4. Press a chocolate kiss into each roll
  5. Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes; let cool on a wire rack
  6. Makes a dozen

Instructions
  1. Unroll crescent rounds
  2. Spread marmalade over all
  3. Separate rolls and re-roll into individual rolls
  4. Put into a greased baking pan
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
  6. Make glaze and drizzle over rolls
  7. If glaze is too stiff, add a drop or two more water
  8. The corn syrup or honey can be omitted, but it makes a glossy appearance
  9. Fig or fruit jam also works

Instructions
  1. Spray a 9-inch by 11-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Spread crescent rolls out in pan, sealing perforations to form a “crust
  3. ” In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and frosting
  4. Spread this mixture on top of the crust
  5. Drizzle the melted butter on top
  6. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes until lightly browned
  7. Cool and cut into bars

A similar recipe was in a newspaper many years ago, but due to lack of ingredients I had to change it and make it my own. I have made this often for my children for 43 years. It is still one of their favorites.

  1. In a casserole dish, stir together all ingredients except biscuits
  2. Place biscuits on top
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until biscuits are done

Instructions
  1. Slice and cook Polish sausage
  2. Saute onion and green pepper, if desired
  3. Add to sausage with peas and tomatoes
  4. Pour into a 9-inch by 13-inch casserole dish
  5. Mix cornbread as directed and pour on top
  6. Bake at 350 degrees till cornbread is done, about 20 minutes
  7. Other options: Use ground beef instead of sausage (brown and drain); add shoepeg corn or Rotel
  8. Pinto beans can be used instead of peas

Instructions
  1. In a 9-inch by 13-inch Pyrex dish, press the biscuit dough on the bottom and slightly up the sides
  2. Layer on the cooked onions
  3. With a spoon, add the sour cream in small dollops; do not try to mix these in
  4. Pour the melted butter over all and sprinkle with red pepper flakes for taste and color
  5. Cook at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes
  6. Optional: Bisquick can be substituted for biscuits in the tube
