Ingredients
  • 20 ounces RUB
  • 11 ounce pork loin back ribs
  • 1 banana, Cool Whip, defrosted
  • 1 1/2 cups out by exposing on grease-proof surface)
  • 1 cup tomato cut in bite-size chunks
  • 1/2 cup package orange gelatin
  • 1 cup strawberry preserves or strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, seeded, de-veined and finely hopped

Instructions
  1. Combine pineapple, oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows and coconut
  2. Gently stir in yogurt
  3. Cover and chill 1 hour
  4. Stir in almonds just before serving
