Ingredients
  • 1 cup boneless pork
  • 2/3 cup pecans (chopped or whole, whichever you prefer)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 cups chopped dates
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 teaspoons quick oats
  • 2 teaspoons can of Pet Milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons bottle chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cream cheese

Instructions
  1. Combine starter, oil, eggs and vanilla in a bowl and mix well
  2. Combine dry ingredients; stir into starter mixture just until combined
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts
  4. Pour into two well-greased 8x4x2 inch baking pans
  5. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees or until bread tests done
  6. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing onto a wire rack
  7. Dust with confectioner's sugar
  8. Center of loaves may dimple slightly
