  • 3 pounds Quail
  • 3 medium flour, heaping
  • 4 medium onions
  • 4 medium and lemon slices (optional)
  • 2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 ½ cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 ½ tablespoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Ranch dry season mix
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chocolate chips
  • ¾ teaspoon Spicy mustard

  • 2 ½ cups INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ teaspoon Spicy mustard

Instructions
  1. Wash trim and quarter tomatoes, peppers and onions
  2. Quarter and core apples; do not peel
  3. Put vegetables and fruit through food grinder, using coarse blade
  4. Drain discarding liquid
  5. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in large sauce pan; heat to boiling
  6. Add vegetables; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
  7. Continue simmering while quickly packing in hot, clean jars
  8. Fill to within ½-inch of top, making sure vinegar solution covers vegetables
  9. Cap each jar at once, process 5 minutes in boiling water bath
  10. Yield: 6 pints
