  • 3/4 cup Of vanilla
  • 1 pie almonds

Instructions
  1. Combine apple slices, 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; mix lightly and set aside
  2. Combine cream cheese
  3. remaining sugar and vanilla and mix on medium speed with electric mixer until well-blended
  4. Add egg and mix well
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese and pour mixture into crust
  6. Layer apple slices over top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
