Ingredients
  • 2 large chopped red or green sweet pepper
  • 2 boiled swiss cheese(12 if slices are large)
  • 1 small 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small peeled and sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 small quick cooking tapoica
  • 1 4 ounce vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 can chopped, seeded cucumber
  • 12 crushed celery, diced

Instructions
  1. Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish
  2. Layer a half amount of each ingredient in this order: asparagus, eggs, water chestnuts, mushrooms, olives, shrimp, cheese and soup mixture
  3. Repeat layers and top with cracker crumbs
  4. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
