Ingredients
  • 1 unbaked shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices brown sugar (for extra smokiness use dark brown sugar)
  • 1/2 cup prepared tomato salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 slices chicken broth, plus broth from chicken
  • 1 small (10 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained

Instructions
  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add milk and nutmeg
  3. Sauté onions then cook bacon
  4. Drain asparagus
  5. Put eggs, milk, nutmeg, onions and bacon in the unbaked pie shell then add cheese
  6. Bake at 4400 degrees for 30-45 minutes
