  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup spray2 chicken breasts, halved and diced10-ounce package frozen broccoli, thawed and undrained, chopped? cup oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, 1 tablespoons oil from jar2
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 can />1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli1 6-ounce roll garlic cheese, softened? teaspoon garlic salt
  • 5 slices peaches (do not peel)

Instructions
  1. Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed until blended
  2. Stir in cheese, onion and bacon
  3. Cut biscuits in quarters, press in bottom and sides of mini muffin tins that have been sprayed
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes
