Bacon Cups
Ingredients
  • 1 8ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2tablespoons milk
  • 1large egg
  • ½cup spray2 chicken breasts, halved and diced10-ounce package frozen broccoli, thawed and undrained, chopped? cup oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, 1 tablespoons oil from jar2
  • 1green onion
  • 1can />1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli1 6-ounce roll garlic cheese, softened? teaspoon garlic salt
  • 5slices peaches (do not peel)
Instructions
  1. Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed until blended
  2. Stir in cheese, onion and bacon
  3. Cut biscuits in quarters, press in bottom and sides of mini muffin tins that have been sprayed
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes
