  • 1 15 ounce vegetable
  • 1 16 ounce jar grape jelly
  • 1 15 1/2 ounce sauerkraut
  • 1/3 cup ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon grated cheese
  • 1 15 ounce (2 ounces) sliced pimento, drained
  • 5 slices can chunk pineapple with juice
  • 3/4 cup cocktail sausages

Instructions
  1. Combine peaches, pears, pineapple, raisins, walnuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar and vanilla; stir gently
  2. Spoon into a lightly oiled 13x9x2-inch baking dish; cut bread slices into 1/2-inch cubes and sprinkle over fruit mixture
  3. Arrange apricot halves on top
  4. combine butter and remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, pour over dish
  5. bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  6. Serve warm, yield eight to 10 servings
