  • 1 pint bag cooked salad shrimp
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/3 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 egg, dark crab meat
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup ground nutmeg

Instructions
  1. Combine the butter, milk and salt, and scald
  2. Slowly stir the cornmeal into the milk and cook in a double boiler for about 20 minutes until thickened
  3. Add the egg, molasses, spices and raisins, and and bake in a buttered baking dish at 350 degrees for about two hours
  4. serve hot or cold with ice cream or vanilla ice cream
