  • 4-5 2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 package Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 ½ sticks butter
  • 1 cup bacon
  • 2 tablespoons tongue
  • Lemon of condensed milk, chilled

Instructions
  1. Place fish fillets in a baking dish
  2. Melt ½ stick of butter
  3. Spoon over fish
  4. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt
  5. In a bowl add cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley
  6. Mix
  7. Melt 1 stick butter, pour over cracker crumbs
  8. Mix until crackers are all moistened
  9. Top each fillet with crumbs
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
