Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 ?cups cooked corn or 2, 15-ounce cans whole kernel corn, drained1 teaspoon salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan over medium-high heat
  2. Stir until peanut butter dissolves and comes to a boil
  3. Lower heat and let simmer about 20 minutes
  4. Makes about 2 cups
