Bavarian Potato Dumplings
  • 2pounds corned beef, shredded1 cup celery, chopped2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  1. Mash potatoes until very smooth with margarine and salt
  2. Beat in egg and flour to make an easily handled dough
  3. Form into 2-inch balls
  4. Fry cubes of bread in 1 tablespoon of margarine, browning on bot
