Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups of seasoned pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups can sliced pineapple in syrup, undrained
  • 2/3 cup cooked black eye peas
  • 2 cups chopped almonds

Instructions
  1. Bring broth to boil in medium sauce pan
  2. Add rice, Molly McButter, broccoli, red pepper and carrots
  3. Reduce heat
  4. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and all liquid is absorbed
  5. Stir in beans
  6. Serves four
