Ingredients
  • 1 cup honeydew or cantaloupe balls
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon egg
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, quartered and seeds removed
  • 1 17 ounce (15-ounce) pineapple chunks
  • 1 pound diced yellow onion
  • 1 package seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup block of cream cheese
  • 8 ounces (3-ounce) or 1 package (60ounce) Jell-O Berry Blue flavor Gelatin Dessert
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4-5 chopped grapes

  • 1 17 ounce (15-ounce) pineapple chunks
  • 1 pound diced yellow onion
  • 1 package seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup block of cream cheese
  • 8 ounces (3-ounce) or 1 package (60ounce) Jell-O Berry Blue flavor Gelatin Dessert
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4-5 chopped grapes

Instructions
  1. (Preheat oven to 350 degrees) Combine meal, milk, eggs, soda, oil and corn in a mixing bowl
  2. Blend well and set aside
  3. Sauté ground beef until done, drain thoroughly, add package of taco seasoning and 1 cup water, cook for about 2 minutes and set aside
  4. Pour half of meal batter into a greased 13x9 pan- then layer cheese, ground beef mixture, onions, and Jalapeño peppers
  5. Pour remaining batter on top and bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes
