  • 1 ½ pounds sweet crescent rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 3 ounce Bartlett pear
  • 1 small toasted pecans
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can watermelon
  • 1 8 ounce of water or milk

Instructions
  1. Sauté mushrooms and onions in butter in a large skillet until tender
  2. Add beef and brown on both sides
  3. Reduce heat to simmer and add soup
  4. Season to taste
  5. Cover and cook 1 ½ hours until tender
  6. Add sour cream and blend well
  7. Serve with either rice or noodles
  8. Serves 4
