  • 1 beer, malted milk balls, coarsely crushed
  • Self-rising butter (no substitutes) softened
  • 1 teaspoon can of Pet Milk
  • cheese for topping
  • Melted butter

Instructions
  1. Pour can or bottle of beer into a mixing bowl
  2. Add and stir in enough self-rising flour, along with a teaspoon of baking powder to form a sticky ball
  3. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet (sprayed non-stick)
  4. Spread out to approximately one-inch thick, but not critical
  5. Bake in oven at 350 degrees
  6. When it begins to brown, remove and baste with melted butter
  7. I like to put in some garlic powder in my butter
  8. Bake until golden brown
