Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons ice-cold water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon egg
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 cup jam (any kind, but preferably homemade blackberry with the seeds in and nothing used but sugar and berries to make the jam)
  • 1 unbaked onions, grated

Instructions
  1. Combine potatoes, butter and eggs
  2. Mix well
  3. Combine sugar, flour and salt
  4. Stir in potato mixture
  5. Combine buttermilk and soda
  6. Add to potato mixture
  7. Stir in vanilla
  8. Fill crust
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and 10 minutes
  10. Serve warm or cold
