Black Bean Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 15ounce red cooking apples
  • 1 15ounce cans petite diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1green Ranch dry season mix
  • ½medium onion
  • 2Roma tomatoes
  • Dressing:
  • 1tablespoon Topping:
  • ½teaspoon tongue
  • ¼teaspoon beef stock
  • ½teaspoon cooked pasta
  • 1cup softened butter
  • 1teaspoon oil
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse black beans, drain corn
  2. Dice pepper, onions and tomatoes
  3. Dressing: Mix together and toss with vegetables
