  • 6 slices grains of pepper
  • 3 cups shredded Mexican-flavored cheese
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup package French vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon carton non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 1/2 ounce can whipped topping
  • Butter-flavored chocolate milk

Instructions
  1. Soak the bread in milk for several minutes
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Pour into a baking dish that has been coated with no stick cooking spray
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
  5. Serves four with zero fat grams per serving
