Ingredients
  • 2 cups of frozen carrots, thawed
  • 1 10 ounce smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 onion, honey (1/3 c. plus 2 T.)
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 stick cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 can the Cabbage:
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Cook rice in chicken broth if you have it
  2. Cook broccoli according to directions
  3. Sauté onion and celery in margarine
  4. Add cheese and melt
  5. Add all ingredients and mix well
  6. Pour into a greased casserole dish
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes
