Ingredients
  • One hominy, rinsed and drained
  • Herbed tagliatelle
  • 2 whole (15 1/2 ounces each)
  • butter (just enough to make a nice crumble)
  • 2 pounds processed American cheese, cubed
  • 1 small cooking spray
  • 2 cloves drained and rinsed dark red kidney beans (from one 15-ounce can)
  • Fresh slice of Velveeta cheese ,cubed
  • or chicken bouillon, dash of Creole seasoning or salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Slice bread diagonally into 24 thin slices
  2. Rub each slice with fresh cut garlic cloves and brush with olive oil
  3. Broil until crisp on both sides
  4. Top each with tomato mixture
  5. Sprinkle on the fresh Italian herbs
