Ingredients
  • 1 pound diced yellow onion
  • 2 medium apple, peeled and shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice concentrate, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup can stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 16 ounce fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 15 1/2 ounce for double-crust pie (9 inches)
  • 1 cup block of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1-2 teaspoons red pepper
  • 2 cups Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
  1. Cook and stir ground beef in dutch oven until light brown
  2. Drain and add onions, cabbage and celery
  3. Cook until vegetables are light brown
  4. Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans (with liquid), water, salt, pepper and chili powder
  5. Heat to boiling, reduce heat
  6. Stir baking mix and milk together to form a soft dough
  7. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling stew
  8. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes
  9. Cover and cook 10 more minutes
  10. Makes 4-6 servings
