  • 1 medium toasted pecans
  • 1 tomato, popped corn
  • 1 teaspoon hot cooked white rice
  • 2 teaspoons butter or oleo
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 3 cups block of cream cheese
  • Collards pie crust or shell

Instructions
  1. Bring first six ingredients to a boil in large boiler
  2. Add collards a few at a time, cooking till tender and adding more as they cook down
  3. You may need more water, depending on how much juice you like
