Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon white Chili seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon cold butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon diced each: green, red, orange, yellow bell peppers
  • 1/3 cup ice-cold water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon hot cooked white rice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup ground turkey

Instructions
  1. Clean and devein the shrimp, set aside
  2. In a small bowl combine the seasonings
  3. Combine the butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and the seasonings in a large skillet over high heat
  4. When the butter has melted, add the tomato, then the shrimp
  5. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring evenly
  6. Add the beer and cover; cook 1 minute longer
  7. Remove from heat and serve over grits
