Instructions
  1. Sift flour & baking powder in small bowl
  2. Heat the milk
  3. Add butter to milk; keep hot
  4. Beat eggs in large bowl till thick & lemon-colored
  5. Add sugar gradually to eggs, beating very well
  6. Quickly add dry ingredients
  7. Stir just till blended
  8. Stir in hot milk mixture & vanilla
  9. Pour into an 8x11 1/2-inch cake pan
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 min
  11. When cool, cut into 24 pieces
  12. Freeze well
  13. Grind peanuts
  14. Put powdered sugar & vanilla in a bowl
  15. Add milk a little at a time until thin enough to spread
  16. Take about 12 cake pieces out of the freezer
  17. With a knife, spread frosting on all sides of each cake piece
  18. Pat peanuts on with a fork or hands & refrigerate
  19. Do the same with the rest
