  • 1 cinnamon sliced water chestnuts

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except Molly McButter in a saucepan
  2. Add cold water to cover
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until carrots are tender
  5. Remove from heat; discard cinnamon stick
  6. Top with Molly McButter
  7. Serves six
