Ingredients
- 12 slices garlic salt
- 6 teaspoons shells, unbaked
- 12 slices cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 package Salsa
- 2 cups cooking oil

Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on six slices of the bread
- Place two slices of cheese on top of the bread and top with the remaining bread slices
- Cut each sandwich into triangles
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg with milk
- Dip each triangle into the milk-egg mixture and then dredge in cracker crumbs
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Fry each triangle until golden brown
- Drain on paper towels
