Cheese Frenchies
  • 12slices garlic salt
  • 6teaspoons shells, unbaked
  • 12slices cheese
  • 2cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1package Salsa
  • 2cups cooking oil
  1. Spread mayonnaise on six slices of the bread
  2. Place two slices of cheese on top of the bread and top with the remaining bread slices
  3. Cut each sandwich into triangles
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat egg with milk
  5. Dip each triangle into the milk-egg mixture and then dredge in cracker crumbs
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
  7. Fry each triangle until golden brown
  8. Drain on paper towels
