Cheesy Shrimp and Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1/2 large chickenBroth, reserved from chicken1 large green bell pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 cup celery, chopped1 6-ounce jar mushrooms, drained and sliced
  • 1 16 ounce onions, diced1 large green bell pepper, diced1 ? cups celery, diced? stick butter, melted2 small or 1 medium jar mushrooms, drained2 16-ounce cans tomatoes, cut
  • 1 can old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 can watermelon
  • 1 1/2 to chicken2 large onions1 pod red pepper2 cups milk1 pack crackers (optional)salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. In a large microwave safe bowl, dice cheese and mix with Rotel and mushroom soup
  2. Put in microwave for 5 minutes
  3. Put large pan of water on to boil for pasta, after water comes to a boil add pasta and stir occasionally
  4. Take bowl from microwave, stir and return to microwave for 5 minutes
  5. When pasta is almost done add shrimp
  6. Boil approximately 5 more minutes
  7. Drain and place in serving dish
  8. Add cheese mixture and stir well
  9. Cover and let set 5-8 minutes
  10. Serve hot
