Ingredients
  • 1 pound diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup cracker crust
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon can diced Rotel tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon beaten
  • 1 cup pie crust, unbaked
  • 1 can watermelon
  • 1/4 cup box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 to each candied red and green cherries

Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet
  2. Pour off grease
  3. Stir in all of the remaining ingredients except cheese
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Pour into a greased casserole dish
  6. Top with cheese slices
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until bubbly
  8. Serve immediately
