Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless, brown sugar
  • 3 stalks (rounded) chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 can watermelon
  • 1 can (rounded) real bacon bits
  • 1 small salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Vidalia cooking spray
  • 1/2 green potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 4 ounces coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 boil-in-the-bag Tomatoes, sliced

  • 1/2 Vidalia cooking spray
  • 1/2 green potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 4 ounces coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 boil-in-the-bag Tomatoes, sliced

Instructions
  1. Boil chicken, broccoli and rice
  2. Broccoli and rice can be combined in one boiler
  3. Add onion, bell pepper and mushrooms to boiling chicken
  4. Cook until chicken is done
  5. Drain and set aside
  6. Mix soup, tomatoes and cheese and cook over low heat, stirring often, until blended
  7. Drain broccoli and rice
  8. Shred chicken and mix with broccoli and rice
  9. Butter a medium casserole dish and pour in chicken mixture
  10. Cover with soup mixture and bake
