Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut a pocket in each breast and tuck in one slice of ham
  3. Roll in milk and then corn flake crumbs
  4. Arrange in an 8x8 baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
  5. Bake for 25 minutes
  6. Top each breast wit h1/2 ounce cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted
  7. Makes 4 servings
  8. Per serving: 218 calories; 6 grams fat
