Chicken Dip
  • 1large chicken, cooked and shredded1 onion, chopped fine? pint sour cream4 ounces (1 cup) shredded cheddar with jalapeno pepper1 tablespoon parsley, dried? teaspoon orega
  1. Drain chicken and mix together with cream cheese and chicken soup
  2. Stir well
  3. Cook in microwave for 3 to 5 minutes
  4. Stir again
  5. Serve with crackers
