Ingredients
  • 6 to turkey or pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 15 ounce fresh peaches, sliced and peeled
  • 1/3 can block of cream cheese
  • 3 cloves Better Crocker Frosting
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 small fillets (4 to 5 ounces each)
  • 1 3 ounce tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup each seasoned salt, black pepper and Greek seasoning (such as Cavender’s)
  • 1/2 cup salt to taste
  • Grated bacon

Instructions
  1. Mix flour and paprika
  2. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan
  4. Brown chicken in oil
  5. Combine tomato sauce, water, seasonings and mushrooms
  6. Add to chicken
  7. Cover and simmer gently for15 minutes
  8. Transfer chicken to a 9x12 baking dish
  9. Add olives (with liquid), sherry and almonds to pan sauce
  10. Mix until well blended then pour over chicken
  11. Sprinkle with cheese
  12. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
  13. You may cover it at the end of baking period to prevent too much loss liquid
