  • 2/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2/4 cup plus 2 TBS arrowroot or tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon hot cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon finely shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of sea salt

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well blended
  2. Chill for 2 hours
  3. Eat on a bed of lettuce, topped with slices of tomato
