Ingredients
  • 2 cups parmesan cheses
  • 2 15 ounce cans ham, drained and flaked
  • 3/4 cup can tomatoes with garlic seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cracker crust
  • 2 tablespoons butter extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • butter (just enough to make a nice crumble)
  • 3/4 cup red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/3 cup butter extract
  • 1 teaspoon can of Pet Milk
  • 3/4 cup cooked rice, chilled
  • 2 egg baking powder (We use sodium free Hain Featherweight baking powder.)
  • 1/4 cup carob powder

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mash black beans with fork in a medium saucepan
  3. Stir in chili, corn, chopped onion, flour and chili powder
  4. Cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently
  5. Transfer mixture to a 9x12 glass baking dish
  6. In a small bowl mix topping ingredients together with a fork until well blended
  7. Spread on top of chili mixture
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is set and nicely browned
