Ingredients
  • 4 cups chopped gingerroot
  • 1 small package lemon drops, crushed
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh muscadines
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
  • 2 cans baking soda or baking powder
  • Few cans low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
  1. In a blender, add enough peeled and sliced peaches to make 4 cups puree
  2. Add remaining ingredients one at a time, blending well after each addition
  3. (If your blender will not hold all, pour about half the mixture into freezer can when blender is full and keep adding and blending the remaining ingredients)
  4. Pour peach mixture into freezer can, add whole milk to the fill line and freeze according to manufactures directions
