Chinese Salad
  • 1 8inch cooked bacon
  • 2packages bacon bits or cooked cubed ham or chicken
  • 2chicken oats, uncooked
  • 1bunch green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2stalks shredded Colby or Pepper Jack cheese
  • 2cups Shake-n-Bake Extra Crispy coating mix
  • 1can chicken tenders
  • 1can jars, with lids
  • 1can dry white wine
  • 2cans size yellow squash
  • 1package of any flavored salad croutons or bread crumbs
  • Following Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4cup clove, minced
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2teaspoon ½ cup brown sugar (sweetened to taste)
  • 2tablespoons INGREDIENTS:
  • 1tablespoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 3 1/2tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2tablespoons onions, peeled
  1. Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Mix the following ingredients and pour over the ingredients in bowl
  3. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally
