  • 1 box of uncooked rice
  • 1 (21 ounce) low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 3 eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • mascarpone cheese
  • 5 tablespoons cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 6 ounces chopped fine

Instructions
  1. Mix together by hand
  2. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  4. Icing: Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil
  5. Add chocolate chips, stir until melted
  6. Pour over hot cake
