Chocolate Kiss Cookies
  • 2cups purple onions, thinly sliced
  • 3/4cup U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
  • 1can diced, canned jalapeƱo peppers
  • 1teaspoon butter
  • Granulated INGREDIENTS:
  • 60Hershey fresh, frozen or canned corn
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix peanut butter, condensed milk and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth
  3. Stir in biscuit mix and blend well
  4. Roll dough into one-inch balls
  5. Rolls balls in granulated sugar and place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet
  6. Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned; do not over bake
  7. Remove from oven and place a chocolate kiss in center of each cookie
  8. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet
  9. Makes 5 dozen
