  • 1 cup block of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup block of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons potatoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 1/2 ounces can red kidney beans
  • 1 1/2 quarts to cover potatoes

Instructions
  1. Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan
  2. Cook, stirring five minutes until sugar has dissolved
  3. Stir in butter and chocolate and cook without stirring until candy thermometer registers around 230 degrees or mixture reaches soft boil stage on thermometer
  4. Place popped corn in a large bowl
  5. Add chocolate mixture, mixing well to coat popcorn
  6. Wet hands and shape into balls, and press firmly to make balls stick together
  7. Makes eight balls
