  • 10 tablespoons butter
  • 8 1 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon bulbs garlic
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 egg Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/3 cup chopped dates
  • 2 tablespoons rhubarb, 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon grated cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Lightly grease 10 ramekins
  3. Place ramekins on rimmed baking sheet
  4. In a medium bowl combine butter, chocolate and coffee granules
  5. Microwave on high at 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and smooth (about 1 1/2 minutes)
  6. Set aside to cool
  7. In a large bowl, beat eggs, yolks and sugar at medium-high speed with electric mixer until thick and pale (about 5 minutes)
  8. Add flour, brandy and vanilla; beat until smooth
  9. Stir in chocolate mixture
  10. Spoon into prepared ramekins evenly; bake 11 minutes
  11. Cool for 10 minutes
  12. Run knife around edges to release sides
  13. Invert onto a plate, garnish with ice cream and berries
