Ingredients
  • 10 green tomatoes
  • 10 green package cream cheese (cubed)
  • 3 red of garlic salt (optional)
  • 10 medium onions
  • 1 medium bag frozen whole kernel corn
  • ½ cup salt
  • 4 cups medium shrimp
  • 6 cups wild turkey breast (about 1 ½ pounds, split)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon squash, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons bag frozen gumbo vegetable mix
  • 2 tablespoons deer
  • 1 ounce bottle fat free Honey Dijon salad dressing

Instructions
  1. Chop and mix vegetables
  2. Sprinkle salt over mixture and let stand overnight in glass or pottery container
  3. Do not put in tin or aluminum container
  4. In the morning, cover with cold water and squeeze out
  5. Mix other ingredients to boiling vinegar; cook 20 or 30 minutes or until tender
  6. Yield: 8 pints
