  • 4 4-5 ounce white sugar or ¼ cup sugar blend Splenda
  • Salt peach puree
  • 1/3 cup toasted pecan pieces
  • 3 medium regular milk
  • 1 medium dark brown sugar or 1 ¼ cup brown sugar blend Splenda
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, mashed

Instructions
  1. Heat broiler
  2. Lightly sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper
  3. In small saucepan over low heat, melt the jelly
  4. Brush 2 tablespoons of the melted jelly on the salmon; reserve remaining jelly
  5. Place salmon on unheated rack of broiler pan
  6. Broil 4-inches from heat for 8-10 minutes or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork
  7. Meanwhile, for fresh citrus salsa, in a medium bowl combine chopped oranges, grapefruit sections, halved tomatoes and jelly
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Serve salmon with citrus salsa
  10. Yield: 4 servings
