Ingredients
  • 4 pounds diced yellow onion
  • 1 large mild sausage
  • 1 (12 ounce) fudge cake ix
  • Juice 1 cup chopped nuts (depends on the amount you prefer)
  • 1 egg, deep-dish pie crust
  • 1/2 teaspoon ½ cup brown sugar (sweetened to taste)
  • 1 (12 ounce) ground pork

  • 1 egg, deep-dish pie crust
  • 1/2 teaspoon ½ cup brown sugar (sweetened to taste)
  • 1 (12 ounce) ground pork

Instructions
  1. Blend meat, eggs, onion and garlic salt
  2. Roll into small balls
  3. Combine chili sauce, grape jelly and lemon juice
  4. Pour over meatballs and simmer one and a half hours
  5. Makes 100 cocktail-size meatballs
  6. Freezes well
